Raipur: Chief Minister Baghel attended the swearing-in ceremony of Sarva Brahmin Samaj

Raipur, 20 March 2022.  Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel attended the swearing-in ceremony of Sarva Brahmin Samaj organized at district headquarters Balodabazar today as the chief guest. He first garlanded the statue of Pandit Valmiki Shukla in Vipra Bhawan. He started the program by worshiping the image of Lord Parashuram and received blessings. 

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Shri Baghel announced to name the Polytechnic College Balodabazar on former MP Late Smt. Karuna Shukla and to construct a social building for Brahmins in the name of Late Smt. Karuna Shukla. Along with this, he urged the general public including Vipra society to celebrate the birth anniversary by studying about the date of birth of Mata Kaushalya. The state government will also help as much as possible for its study. During this, he also extended best wishes to the newly elected President Shyam Sundar Shukla. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel mentioned the contribution of the sage tradition of Brahmins in the society. 

During this, Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria, MLA Mr. Pramod Sharma, MLA Mr. Shivratan Sharma, Cow Service Commission President Mahant Dr. Ramsunder Das, Krishak Kalyan Parishad President Mr. Surendra Sharma, Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation Chairman Mr. Shailesh Nitin Trivedi, Mineral Development Corporation President Shri Girish Devangan and senior people Shri Vidhabhushan Shukla, Dr. Madhav Shukla and other distinguished and enlightened people of the society were present.
