Attended folk art festival in Ganiyari

Raipur 27 February 2021.  Minister of Urban Administration and Development and Labor, Dr. Shivkumar Dahria attended the two-day folk art festival organized by Guru Ghasidas Arts and Literature Development Committee at village Ganiari in Durg district. On this occasion, he said that the work of preserving and saving the culture of Chhattisgarh is being done through Lokkala Mahotsav. The state government is also working to save the culture and tradition of Chhattisgarh. With the promotion of Chhattisgarhi culture, a government holiday has been started in Teej festivals here. He said that this festival is celebrated in the village with mutual participation by mutual participation. Such an event would continue in the village even further and all of you continued to enjoy it.

 

Minister Dr. Dahria said that our farmers are the foundation and economy of this state and country. If the farmers are strong then the village and the state will be strong, the country will be strong. The farmer is like God to us. Several steps have been taken by the government to benefit the farmers. This will bring economic prosperity to the farmers.
He said that development works are being done in the state under the leadership of the Chief Minister. The electricity bill is also halved. Recruitment of local unemployed has also been started. 25 out of 36 promises have been fulfilled, soon the remaining promises will also be fulfilled.
Minister Dr. Dahria said that continuous works are being done for development works in all the urban areas of the state. The state has also received awards for many other works including cleanliness, ODF, Pradhan Mantri Awas urban. The poor are being benefited from other schemes including peacock land-peacock sign, peacock land-peacock house. Minister Dr. Dahria also announced to give one crore rupees for the beautification of Bandha Talab in the area.
The event honored Padmashri Shri RS Barle and Shri Anoop Ranjan Pandey, among other artists and distinguished people. A large number of citizens were present on the occasion including Mr. Nirmal Koshale, Mrs. Lalitha Verma, Mr. Santosh Tiwari, Mr. Dinesh Jangde, Hemdas Kurre, Mr. SR Bandhe, Dr. CBS Banjare, Mr. Ramdhani Verma.
