The Chhattisgarhi film industry has seen many ups and downs. These films have spoken on the social system, social evils and social environment. On the other hand, the state government is committed to take forward the art, culture and film of the state. Chhattisgarhi Film Policy is a part of this episode. Chhattisgarhi film industry and tourism are getting a boost due to the formation of Chhattisgarhi Film Policy. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was addressing the closing ceremony of Chhattisgarhi Film Festival today. Artists, producers, directors, lyricists, musicians, singer-singers and technicians associated with the ChhatGovernment is committedtisgarhi film industry were honored through the Chhattisgarhi Film Festival. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, who arrived as the chief guest on the occasion, said that the real reward for the artists is the response they get from the audience. Talking on the journey of Chhattisgarhi films, he said that, “Kahi Debe Sandesh” had hit the caste scene of the time. At the same time, broken family relationships were outlined in “Ghar-Dwar”. Almost every Chhattisgarhi film has depicted the social system and social environment.

The Chief Minister said that after coming to our government, a lot of hard work was done to make Chhattisgarhi film policy. The Culture Minister presented the draft film policy in the cabinet, which has also been approved by the cabinet. The Chief Minister said that with the formation of the Chhattisgarh Film Policy, the film industry here would not only get a boost, but tourism would also get a boost. There are many such picturesque places in Chhattisgarh, which are suitable for shooting films. Along with the film policy, the policies of the state government have now created such an environment, due to which the interest of filmmakers from other states has also increased about Chhattisgarh. While congratulating and wishing all the people associated with the Chhattisgarhi film industry, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that the state government is committed to promote the Chhattisgarhi film industry.

In the presidential address, Culture Minister Shri Amarjit Bhagat said that Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has raised the value of Chhattisgarh on every occasion. His thinking is that the art, literature, culture and film of Chhattisgarh should go ahead. There was never a film policy before, but Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel took the initiative for it. Due to lack of film policy, local artists did not even have a vision, Now with the formation of Chhattisgarh film policy, the artists and people associated with the film world have got a vision. He specifically mentioned the provision of giving an incentive of Rs 1 crore to the film winning the National Award and Rs 5 crore for winning the International Award from the state government. The Culture Minister expressed hope that as a result of the Chhattisgarhi Film Policy and the encouragement being given by the State Government to the local film industry, a new episode would be added to the achievement of Chhattisgarhi films. Chhattisgarhi film industry will set new records.
People associated with Chhattisgarhi film industry were felicitated at the hands of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Culture Minister Shri Bhagat and other guests in the program organized by the local Shaheed Memorial Building. At the same time, the poster of a film was also launched on this occasion.
