Raipur: Chhattisgarh Children’s Fund constituted under Juvenile Justice Act

Individuals, groups, organizations and private and government employees can contribute for the best interest of the children.

As per the provision of Juvenile Justice Fund, Chhattisgarh Bal Kosh has been constituted in the best interest of the children in the state. For the welfare and rehabilitation of children in Chhattisgarh Bal Kosh, cooperation amount can be given through donation, grant, contribution. This amount will be spent in the best interest of the children who are covered under the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 such as education, initiation, rehabilitation. Regarding the implementation of the Chhattisgarh Children’s Fund, the state government has issued detailed guidelines to all the collectors and district child welfare and protection committees through a notification dated March 23, 2022.

Account number 251501000259, IFSI number ICICI 0002515 is being operated in ICIC Bank at the state level to receive donations, grants, contributions for the benefit of children by State Government’s Women and Child Development. Voluntary donations, contributions, grants can be made by any individual, group, organization (including voluntary organization, organization, non-governmental organization, trust, etc., corporates (Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)) in this fund. Along with this Chhattisgarh Industrialists, intellectuals, government, non-government employees and businessmen can also cooperate in the Children’s Fund by making voluntary donations, contributions, grants.
