Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel took the collector’s conference for two days. During this, on the first day, discussions were held with district collectors and superintendents of police. Where at the district level, the implementation of various government schemes and the difficulties being faced in meeting the targets were discussed. At the same time, law and order as well as crime control were discussed with the Superintendents of Police. On the second day, the plans were reviewed while discussing the action plan with the district collectors as well as the divisional and state level officers. During this, Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that Chhattisgarh has become financially strong in the last four and a half years, while today there is an effect of recession in the world, at such a time Chhattisgarh can show a new path to the whole world. Addressing the officers on the second day of the collector’s conference today, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that during the last four and a half years, many innovations have taken place in the state, due to which every section has benefited. Confidence has increased among the people of the state regarding governance and administration. There has been a positive change in the perception of the people towards the state government and the administrative staff. In Chhattisgarh, the concept of ‘Gram Swaraj’ of Mahatma Gandhi is being implemented through schemes. We have made efforts to strengthen the rural economy. Within the last four and a half years, the work of empowering every deprived section including villages, poor, farmers, laborers, women has been done. During the crisis of Corona, when the work was closed everywhere, there was no work in the hands of the people, we continued the work of MNREGA to maintain the source of income for the working class. Even today there is an effect of recession in the whole world, But it did not work in Chhattisgarh. Today Chhattisgarh is in that role that it can show a new path to the whole world. In this, Gauthan, Rural Industrial Park and Godhan Nyay Yojana can prove to be important.
Paddy should not come from other states:
During the collector’s conference, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel discussed about the purchase of paddy on support price in the upcoming Kharif marketing year 2022-23. While directing the district collectors, the Chief Minister said that in Chhattisgarh, the support price paddy procurement would start from November 1. In such a situation, there should be no arrival of paddy from other states. It is worth mentioning that in Chhattisgarh, apart from the support price, under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, input assistance is provided to the farmers on paddy, so that the farmers can get the right price for their produce.
Pay special attention to the upkeep of Gauthan:
The Chief Minister has directed to pay special attention to the upkeep of Gauthan. He asked to encourage the farmers to go to the Gauthans after the harvesting of paddy. The Chief Minister talked about the achievement of many goals behind this. He said that by doing Paradan, sufficient fodder would be available for the cattle. At the same time, the pollution caused by burning para in the form of stubble will also be prevented. Apart from this, while talking about Rural Industrial Park (RIPA), the Chief Minister said that the construction of Ripa should be done in a quality manner. The fixed points should be followed for the construction of Ripa. Along with infrastructure, the availability of other facilities and resources should be ensured.
There should be transparency in admission and recruitment in Swami Atmanand Schools:
The Chief Minister has asked to follow transparency in the admission and recruitment process in the Swami Atmanand School Scheme launched to provide better opportunities to the children of the deprived sections. He said that there should not be any complaint of any irregularity in the admission of students and recruitment of teachers. Strictly follow the lottery system. Maintain the quality level of education in government schools across the state including Swami Atmanand Schools.
Work should be done within the time limit, relief should be given:
Chief Minister Shri Baghel also discussed the pending cases in the government office. He said that public works should be completed in time-limit in all types of government offices. Make sure to produce the caste certificate on time. On the complaint of employees not reaching on time, the Divisional Commissioner and Collectors were instructed to inspect it and take strict action. Most of the complaints are being received at the police station level, Janpad Panchayat, Patwari and field staff employees in CSEB, control them and take strict action so that the works of the general public are completed on time.
Narva scheme is succeeding in its objective:
During the collector’s conference, the Chief Minister mentioned an incident and said that Narva scheme is succeeding in its objective. Due to this the ground water level is increasing. Areas where there was a problem of drought, geographically such areas where rainwater was not stagnant, now there is availability of water throughout the year. In such a situation, there is a need to publicize the Narva scheme as much as possible, so that people understand its importance and they can get its benefit.
Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club can give direction to youth:
The Chief Minister discussed giving positive direction to youth power in Chhattisgarh with the officials here today. He said that for this purpose, Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club has been established across the state. There is a better prospect of tourism in Chhattisgarh, in such a situation, employment opportunities should be provided by training the youth associated with Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club at tourist places of the state.
