Two companies will work in 90 thousand square feet built-up area, 2200 youth will get employment.
2.80 lakh square feet built-up area identified for operation of IT units in CBD

Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai and Housing and Environment Minister Shri O.P. Chaudhary will hand over the allotment order of 90 thousand square feet built-up area in the Central Business District of Nava Raipur to two IT companies on March 11. Where these companies will establish and operate IT units.
As per the intention of Chief Minister Shri Sai and Finance Minister Shri Choudhary, work is being done rapidly towards developing Nava Raipur Atal Nagar as an Innovation Hub, in this sequence, favorable policies and conditions will be created to attract service sector industries. These have been created holistically, so that IT companies can be encouraged to set up their units in Nava Raipur. To realize the concept of making Chhattisgarh a developed state, furnished built-up space is being allotted to IT companies at attractive rates and terms to set up IT-IT units.
In order to provide maximum employment opportunities to the youth in the IT sector in the state, the authority is also connecting national and international IT companies with various technical educational institutions of the state. The authority has also established coordination with Chhattisgarh Housing Board to provide proper residential facilities to the youth working in IT companies.
A multi-storey retail complex and commercial complex has been constructed by the authority in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Sector-21. In this multi-storey complex, approximately 2 lakh 80 thousand square feet built-up area has been identified for allotment to IT companies. In which approximately 10,000 skilled employment opportunities will be created directly and indirectly through the operation of IT-IT related offices.
In the first phase, the authority has received applications from 02 companies M/s Square Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad and M/s Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi. The total annual turnover of both the applicants is above Rs 110 crore, out of which approximately 6,500 skilled employees are currently employed in IT-IT related activities. Applications have been received from applicants for a total built-up of 90 thousand square feet, which will create approximately 2,200 skilled employment opportunities.
In this regard, applications have been again invited by the authority, in which applications are expected from M/s Tel Performance Pvt. Ltd. Gurugram and M/s. HRH Next Services Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. The above companies are likely to apply for operating IT-IT units in approximately 1 lakh 60 thousand square feet, which will create approximately 3,800 skilled employment opportunities.
