The problems of common citizens will now be resolved quickly. The district administration has started a call center in the Collectorate to listen to the problems of the people and register them. People coming to government offices for work will get great relief.
People’s complaints and problems will be registered in four telephone lines in the call center set up in the Collectorate. Employees will be deployed for this 24 hours. People will receive an SMS as soon as the problem is registered. A special portal has also been created to monitor the resolution of problems registered in the call center.

It is worth noting that Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has directed to take all necessary steps for transparent and better administration in the state, so that people do not have to make rounds of government offices in connection with their work. In this connection, this call center has been started by the district administration.
Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh said that in accordance with the wishes of the Chief Minister, a call center has been started in the Collectorate in view of transparent and better administration. Common citizens can give information about the matters of revenue and other departments through phone calls. After receiving the information, it will be resolved as soon as possible.
Problems will be registered over the telephone
    . The district administration will register complaints by calling the call center on mobile numbers 9977222564, 9977222574, 9977222584, 9977222594. Special facilities have been provided for the disabled. In this call center, the disabled can also inform the district administration about their problems. The problems of the disabled will be heard through symbolic means in video call.

This is how complaints will be redressed

– Applicants will call through the helpline number and register their complaint.
– The call center team talks to the complainant and applicant, listens to their problem and it will be registered on the call center portal.
– After registering the case, information about the case will be sent to the concerned department officer through WhatsApp.
– The case will be resolved quickly
– Until the complaint is resolved, the call center will follow up on the problems with the concerned department and officer.Once the problem is resolved, the applicant will be informed by call and it will be updated on the portal.
