Raipur Development Authority Administration has taken seriously the complaints of agents, brokers or brokers making available flats or other properties of their choice to the people by taking a hefty commission by misleading the general public for the sale of their properties. Authority’s chairman Mr. Subhash Dhuppad has directed to take strict action on the complaints of such people as a result of frequent complaints. Complaints are being received in the authority’s office that many people’s representatives, the vice-chairman of the authority and even the members of the board of directors, have been charging huge amounts in the name of providing desired flats and plots to the applicants by the agents.
The Authority is continuously getting information from the people that agents and brokers claim that they will get whatever flats they want in Kamal Vihar and Indraprastha Raipura scheme of Raipur Development Authority. He has inside access to the RDA office. Such agents, if the flats were allotted to the applicants, then they say that they have got them allotted to them and while not getting the flats, they return their money back to the applicants with great difficulty. They don’t give money to many people at all.
The authority administration has appealed to the applicants not to go to any agent, broker, broker or get misled. Those who want to buy property in Kamal Vihar, Indprastha Raipura, Boriyakhurd or any other scheme, they should directly contact the officers and employees of the marketing branch of the authority office to get information about the available properties. Here the applicant can get information about the properties and the complete process of filling the application form and allotment. These days the authority is also releasing a special notification in its advertisements. In which it has been said that no agent, broker or broker was appointed for all the properties of RDA to be sold. Contact the marketing branch in the RDA office regarding flats, plots, shops and all other properties to be sold.
Authority Chairman Mr. Dhuppad further said that the fact is that flats, plots, shops and duplex houses are allotted through tender and computerized lottery in the Raipur Development Authority office. The allotment in the tender is received by the one who has submitted an offer equal to or more than the offset rate. During the lottery and tender process, the supervision of senior and junior officers and employees of Revenue Technical and Marketing Branch and in the presence of applicants and their representatives, the whole process of allotment is edited with transparency. That is why there is no scope for any kind of error in it. The authority administration says that if any person has any evidence regarding any irregularities or irregularities regarding the allotment, then they should give it to the authority office so that a police complaint can be made by the authority against such wrong persons.
