Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel today performed Bhoomi Pujan and laid the foundation stone of three important projects ‘Commercial Hub’, Aerocity and ‘Shaheed Memorial’ in a ceremony organized in Sector-35 of Nava Raipur Atalnagar.
In his address on this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel said that today is a very special day because the foundation stone of the country’s largest wholesale commercial market is being laid today in Nava Raipur of Chhattisgarh, which will also provide employment to lakhs of people of the state.
The Chief Minister said that keeping in view the coming future, these Bhoomi Pujan, foundation stone laying and inauguration are being done. The people of the state had expectations from us, to realize which we have taken a strong step forward.
Mr. Baghel said that it is the responsibility of the government to create a better environment for the people to move forward and we have created a similar environment for the farmers of the state. Along with this, we have also created an environment for improving school education and promoting culture and tourism of Chhattisgarh.
Mr. Baghel said that we are also trying to provide an environment to the industry, for which I had told the businessmen that the industrial policy of Chhattisgarh has to be made the best and due to this effort, the number of industries in the state has increased and people have got employment. Is.
Businessmen will get a plot in the commercial hub of Nava Raipur for Rs 540 per square foot.
Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel made a big announcement during the program on the demand of businessmen and said that plots will be allotted to businessmen at the rate of Rs 540 per square foot in the commercial hub of Nava Raipur. He said that because of this, the state government will bear the additional amount required for the construction of the commercial hub.
While presiding over the foundation stone laying ceremony of various works under the Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran area, Housing and Environment Minister Shri Mohammad Akbar said that the Government of Chhattisgarh is working to provide economic strength to the common people under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel. . He said that it is the priority of the government to provide employment to the people so that Chhattisgarh continues to develop.
With the aim of promoting investment, settlement and commercial activities in Nava Raipur, ‘Commercial Hub’ is being developed on 1083 acres in Sector-23, 24, 34, 35 and 40. Similarly, ‘Aerocity’ is being developed in 216.63 acres of identified villages of Baroda and Ramchandi near Swami Vivekananda Airport to promote passenger facilities in Layer-3 of Nava Raipur, commercial development of the airport area and employment generation.
‘Shaheed Memorial’ is being established on 13 acres in VIP Battalion in Village Parsada (Sector-3) of Nava Raipur.
During this, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Shri Ravindra Choubey, MLA Shri Dhanendra Sahu, Special Advisor to the Chief Minister Dr. Rakesh Gupta and officials of Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce were present.
