Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will perform Bhumi Pujan on April 17 to set up a 500 seater BPO center in Raipur city. This BPO center will start on the fifth floor of the multilevel parking in front of the Collectorate at a cost of about Rs 10 crore. According to the thinking of Chief Minister Mr. Baghel, this B.P.O. The center is being established with the aim of providing self-reliance to the youth of Raipur through advanced and modern facilities. This B.P.O. Through this, youth will be able to join outsourcing business like call center customer support, sales and marketing, data entry, technical support, chat support, bank and front office work, social media handling, data analysis.

In this era of information revolution, in Raipur such modern B.P.O. The need of the center was being felt, where while working, unemployed youths getting college education at low cost would get proper opportunity to enhance their skills by connecting with the whole world. Even during the Corona period, the need for such BPO based hi-tech call centers was being felt in the city to deliver messages to every household. Due to non-availability of such call centers in Raipur, the youth here have to go to Indore, Had to go to other metros like Bangalore to find employment opportunities. Due to limited resources in the era of competition, the youth here used to be deprived of employment. Now with the opening of BPO center in Raipur, such youth will get new employment opportunities. Participation of local youth in employment and development will also increase by connecting with big companies and commercial service institutions of India and abroad through the center. Along with this, communication skills of the youth will also increase due to contact in various companies using new technologies, which will open new avenues of development.
