Raipur, 26 December 2020. Public representatives of Bijapur district met courtesy the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel today at his residence in Raipur, under the leadership of MLA Mr. Vikram Mandavi. He thanked the Chief Minister for the various welfare schemes of the state government, including the distribution of the Forest Rights Recognition Card.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel inquired about the agricultural work being done on the lease land distributed by the state government. Along with this, he was also suggested to plant fruit trees like mango, cashew, jackfruit and forest produce like turmeric, turmeric. On this occasion, Member of District Panchayat Bijapur, Smt Sant Kumari Mandavi, while requesting to start a cooperative bank in Jangla, told that about 14 Gram Panchayats are associated with Jangla Paddy Procurement Center. He urged the people of the area to provide regular doctors and ambulance facilities in the sub-health center at Jangla for better health facilities.
While expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Baghel for the distribution program of Forest Rights recognition to the Chief Minister Mr. Baghel, the sarpanch of the village panchayat Jangla informed that some villages of Jangla, Kondoji, Tindodi, Matwara Gram Panchayat came to Bhairamgarh sanctuary area due to its villagers Has not received the Forest Rights Recognition Card. He declared the area as a general area and requested for grant of forest rights letter.
District member Mr. Sudhoram Mandavi requested to use the vacant mini potacabin building in Jangla development block Bhairamgarh for boys and girls hostels, so that students studying there can get better environment for good education. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel assured the public representatives to consider their demands. Zilla Panchayat, members of Janpad Panchayat, Sarpanch and villagers were present on the occasion.
