These women, who have taken a step towards success through struggle, first attached themselves to the group and then started making new identities by moving forward on the principle of collective savings, investment and production. Many women in the region have chosen a profession where men have dominated. She is now successfully doing business such as centering business, rent storage, animal husbandry, modern farming, flour mill, hotel.
According to Chura district, Ms. Ruchi Sharma, CEO of Chura district, said that according to the intention of the government, an initiative is being made to make women financially and socially competent by connecting them with groups through Bihan in Chura zone.
