To avail the facilities of Ayushman Card, the beneficiaries do not have to wander, for this the department is running the scheme through online method and online facilities are being provided to the beneficiaries. In this, online registration is done from private and government hospitals. If you are facing any problem in availing the benefits of the scheme, you can call the toll free number.
Health department officials said that no applications are taken for Ayushman Bharat scheme. Online registration is done on the basis of Ayushman card in private and government hospitals and all the process is completed through TMS portal. The problem of Ayushman card is also resolved through online process. In case of any complaint regarding treatment in any hospital, 104 toll free number works 24×7. Apart from this, there is also a facility to lodge complaint on toll free number 14555.

The application for the Chief Minister Special Health Assistance Scheme is forwarded by the Chief Minister’s Residence Office, which is uploaded on the DKBSSY portal by the State Nodal Agency and all the processes are done online. Which includes treatment facilities for diseases like kidney, liver, heart transplant.

The entire department of the Directorate of Health Services is operating at one place in Swasthya Bhawan, Sector-19 of Nava Raipur. For better implementation, the work of the State Nodal Agency has also been shifted to Swasthya Bhawan so that monitoring and supervision can be done. Continuous monitoring is being done to ensure that all online processes on patients’ applications are completed in the shortest possible time.
