Under Secretary of Home Department lodged FIR pdf

A fake letter is going viral on social media with the aim of tarnishing the image of Chhattisgarh Government and Home Department. Stating that this letter was issued by the Home Department of the Government of Chhattisgarh in the name of all the Superintendents of Police, a fake signature in the name of Under Secretary Mr. Manoj Kumar Srivastava is also mentioned on it.
With the Home Secretary getting information about this fake letter, an FIR has been lodged by Under Secretary Mr. Manoj Kumar Srivastava at Rakhi police station in Raipur.
An attempt has been made by some unknown person to tarnish the image of the Government and the Home Department by forging fake documents mentioning the name and designation of the Under Secretary and making them viral on social media.
On the basis of the complaint received, an offense punishable under section 419, 469 of Bhadvi has been registered against the unknown accused in Rakhi police station and taken into consideration.
