Administrative approval of Rs.7 crore four lakh 76 thousand has been given to Chief Engineer Mahanadi Godavari Cachar, Raipur by Ministry of Water Resources Department, Government of Chhattisgarh for modernization of lift irrigation scheme of Patan development block of Durg district and renovation of canals. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 2500 hectare area.
