Administrative approval of Rs 01 crore 10 lakh 22 thousand has been given by the Ministry of Water Resources Department for the construction of Pota-Jamgahan new canal under Hasdeo-Bango project under Malkharoda development block of Janjgir-Champa district. This work will be done by Chief Engineer Minimata Hasdev Bango Project Bilaspur. With the completion of the said work, irrigation will be done in the full designed capacity of the Hasdeo-Bango project along with filling up the shortfall of 185 hectares.
