Raipur, 7 September 2021. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has given instructions to the concerned departmental officers to issue permission for recruitment to various posts of Home (Police), Revenue and Food Departments today. After this instruction, the process has been started for recruitment to a total of 2492 posts. Apart from these departments, Shri Baghel has also given instructions to prepare and submit an action plan for recruitment to the vacant posts of all other departments.
As a result of the decision taken by the Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel today, approval was issued for the formation of ‘Bastar Fighters’ force under the Home (Police) Department, in which permission has been given for the recruitment of 2100 posts. Similarly, new recruitment has been given on the posts of 301 Patwaris at the field level under the Revenue Department. Along with 84 food inspectors, a total of 91 posts will be recruited under the food department.
Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has called upon the youth to make preparations with hard work and dedication to take advantage of these opportunities. He said that the State Government was committed to provide employment opportunities to the youth. Along with this, the Chief Minister has instructed all the departments to prepare and submit an action plan for direct recruitment on vacant posts after examining them. Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has said that despite the financial crisis arising out of COVID-19, the State Government is continuously taking decisions in the interest of all sections of the people including youth. With the formation of Bastar Fighters team, where the local youth of Bastar will get employment, At the same time, the police force will also get the benefit of the experiences of the local youth. He said that due to the recruitment of patwaris, the problems and demands of farmers and citizens related to revenue administration would be resolved quickly at the local level. Public distribution system will be strengthened by the recruitment of food inspectors.
As soon as the permission for recruitment is issued, the concerned departments have been directed to take action regarding recruitment advertisement and conduct of examination. Instructions have been given by Chief Minister Shri Baghel to complete the entire process with speed and complete transparency.
