Raipur, 8 May 2022.Chief Minister reviews implementation of schemes with officials in Bhatgaon
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has said that good implementation of schemes is visible at the ground level during his visit. Most of the officers-employees are working with integrity, disciplinary action is also being taken against those officers-employees who are negligent towards their work. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel expressed his views to this effect in a review meeting held with the officials at the SECL rest house in Bhatgaon during the meet-and-greet program today. Parliamentary Secretary Shri Paras Nath Rajwade and Secretary to Chief Minister Shri S. Bharathidasan were also present on the occasion.
On the second day after the Chief Minister’s visit to each assembly constituency, after receiving feedback from the general public, he is constantly reviewing the implementation of schemes in the area with the district officials. In the meeting, the Chief Minister mainly reviewed the works of Revenue Department, Education, Forest and Health Department. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel was informed about the irregularities related to studies by the students in Biharpur last day. On this, the Chief Minister immediately asked the District Education Officer to transfer the teachers there and send new teachers. Along with this, instructions were also given to suspend for contempt of order. Chief Minister Shri Baghel told the revenue officials that complaints related to land and possession are being received. Revenue officers take this seriously.
During the review of the works of the Health Department, the Chief Minister told about the inspection of the hospital last day. He said that a complete account of medicines etc. should be kept in the hospital. There should be a separate arrangement for keeping complete information about the inward and outgoing of medicines. Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that do what should be done and what cannot be done, should not be done. Suspension is done where someone has done wrong. Officer-employees should work with full efficiency, there is resentment among the people only when they do not do the work well or the work is not done within the time limit. Chief Minister Shri Baghel directed to provide forest rights letters to the eligible tribal and non-tribal communities. He asked to emphasize on water conservation and raising the ground water level through Narva program for the problem of water. He said that arrangements for rain water harvesting should also be made. The district administration should prepare a detailed action plan for water management. Chief Minister Shri Baghel directed to complete the Gauthans falling under recurring grazing on time.
