Reacting to the budget presented by the Central Government, Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam said that this budget is a glimpse of the successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s developed India 2047. This budget focuses on the empowerment of the poor, youth, farmers and women. Shri Netam has expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman for the budget presented with the goal of developed India.
He said that this budget is an important step towards making India a developed nation by the year 2047. Employment generation has been given priority in this budget based on the principle of opportunity for all. Shri Netam said that a provision of Rs 1.52 lakh crore has been made for farmers and agriculture sector. Public welfare schemes for agriculture and related sectors can be run from this fund. He said that the budget talks about promoting production organizations, cooperatives and startups related to farmers. Which is a commendable initiative.
Minister Shri Netam said that special provision has also been made for the development of tribes in the budget. Under the PM Janjati Upnat Gram Abhiyan, the government will develop tribal areas. Under this, 63 thousand villages will be developed. This will prove to be a commendable step for the development of the tribal community.
