According to the information compiled by the state level control room set up by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the state government, an average rainfall of 890.1 mm has been recorded in the state since June 1, 2023. According to the rainfall recorded in various districts of the state from June 1, 2023 to today, September 14 morning, the highest average rainfall has been recorded in Bijapur district of 1537.8 mm and the lowest in Surguja district of 397.4 mm. According to the information received from the state level flood control room, from June 1 till now, an average rainfall of 718.8 mm was recorded in Surajpur district, 811.7 mm in Balrampur, 714.0 mm in Jashpur, 833.5 mm in Korea, 829.0 mm in Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur.
