Raipur 11 April 2021. 80 percent of the oxygen produced in the state will now be supplied to the hospitals of the state in the form of medical oxygen gas. In view of the condition of corona infection in the state, in view of the need of oxygen in hospitals, the notification has been issued by the Health Department under the Pandemic Act on the instructions of the Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupesh Baghel.
It has also been said in the order that 20 percent of the oxygen provided to the industries will also be provided to the hospitals in the most critical condition. The order issued by Mr. CR Prasanna, Special Secretary, Health Department, states that all the oxygen gas producing institutions have to ensure that the production of oxygen gas is done in the factory with its full capacity without any interruption. All the divisional commissioners and district collectors of the state have been made competent authorities to implement it.
