Raipur, 27 August 2020. Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the State Government approves financial assistance to the victims of various natural disasters under District Circular 6-4 through District Collector. Financial assistance of Rs. 4 lakh has been approved for 36 disaster victims of Surajpur district in the state.
Under the provisions of the Revenue Circular, Mr. Ramchaela of Village Pandri of Ramanujanagar Tehsil of the District, Mr. Balchandra of Village Barhol, Mr. Kamlesh of Ganeshpur, Neeta Rajwade of Madaneshwarpur, Hirodia Bai of Pasta, Ogarasay of Kailashpur, Narendra of Pandri, Baijnath of Tiwarguri, Financial assistance has been sanctioned to the families of the victims after Dhanrukhs of Ramkumar Umeshpur of Pawanpur, Ramatara of Pampur and Sunita Bai of village Rameswaram drowned in water. Similarly, financial assistance has been sanctioned to the families on the death of Ajay Singh of village Jagarnathpur, Sahina of Akshayapur and Hiradhan of Pawanpur due to lightning strikes and death of Jagasay of village Chandanpur and loss of soil.
Financial assistance has been sanctioned to the families of the victims due to the death of Vishnu Prasad of Kandarai of Surajpur tehsil, Riya Paikra and Himanshu Ekka of village Amgaon and drowning in the water of deceased Ranjit Kumar. Similarly, financial assistance was sanctioned to the families of the deceased when Sonia of village Nayanpur and Jagalal of village Pasla died due to lightning.
Under Revenue Circular 6-4, Kanjalo Bai of Tehsil Pratappur village, Lalita of Marhatha and Chandrika Singh of Satyam Karaudha, Sundarlal of Pratappur, Nanki Bai of Shankarpur, Rakesh of Dulduli, Ijoria Bai of Keerta, Keolapathi of Jajawal, Light of Silphili Financial assistance has been sanctioned to their families for the deaths of Minj, Sukhdev of Dandkarwan, Dasuram of Manpur, Salikram Patel of Sondiha and Govardhan of Barabaspur due to death in drowning.
