also earned 55 thousand from the cultivation of vegetables and flowers.

Today both the direction and the condition of the people are changing with the ambitious Godhan Nyaya Yojana of the Chhattisgarh Government. By joining this scheme, women have got the opportunity to become financially capable along with employment. Yesterday, the rural women who were limited only to the hearth-house of the house, today they have not only been able to run the household smoothly, but have also become strong for the family. A similar scene is being seen in Gopalpur Gothan of Raigarh development block where the women of the group are producing vermicompost as well as vegetables and flowers.
It is noteworthy that Gothan is operated in Gopalpur under Godhan Nyaya Yojana. Mrs. Bhagwati Mahar of Sharda Women’s Self-Help Group working in vermicompost production in Gauthan said that the group has received a total profit of Rs 2 lakh 70 thousand from vermicompost fertilizer production. Similarly, 55 thousand rupees have been received from the cultivation of vegetables and flowers. The women of the group are using the amount received to meet the various needs of their household. By joining this scheme, apart from taking financial help from anyone else, there is no need for women to work anywhere else. The Regional Rural Agriculture Extension Officers have been cooperating with each other to provide guidance for better production of vegetables and vegetables under quality vermicompost production and garden development in Gauthan. All the women of the group have thanked the government for running the Godhan Nyaya Yojana.
Godhan Nyaya Yojana became the cause of prosperity in the villages
The goals for which the Godhan Nyay Yojana was started by the government, this scheme has made significant achievements in all those goals in a very short time. This scheme has become the reason of prosperity in the villages today. Under this scheme, women groups in other gothans of the district are also earning profit by manufacturing and selling cow-cast, diyas, incense sticks, idols and other materials apart from manure from cow dung. Apart from this, production of vegetables and mushrooms, poultry, goat, fish farming and animal husbandry as well as various other income-oriented activities are being conducted by women groups in Gothans, due to which women groups have earned good income.
