Raigarh, 27 June2021. While making partial modification in the order issued earlier by Collector Shri Bhim Singh, for operation of Cinema Hall, Multiplex, Theatre, Park (Garden), Theme Park, Water Park, Stadium / Sports Complex, Swimming Pool located in Raigad district under various conditions. Order has been issued. This order will be effective from 28 June 2021.
Under the issued order, it will be mandatory to arrange for sanitizer dispenser and thermal screening at the entrance. Only persons without symptoms of corona should be allowed to enter the premises. Only persons using face cover/mask should be allowed entry. Posters/standees about preventive measures for COVID-19 should be displayed prominently. Audio and video clips should be played regularly to spread awareness about preventive measures for COVID-19. Proper crowd management should be ensured keeping in mind the social distancing/physical distancing in the parking lot, lobbies, washrooms outside the premises. Strict adherence to respiratory etiquette should be ensured. All the persons present in the hall shall use tissue paper, handkerchief, bent elbow while coughing/sneezing. It will be mandatory for the employees working in ticket booking counters, shops, stalls, cafeterias located outside and inside the premises to wear face masks/face covers, gloves. Round circles, circles, marks should be put in the premises to ensure that the queue system and social distancing are followed. At the entry, physical distance of minimum 6 feet should be ensured between the people standing in the queue for outgoing. CPWD guidelines should be followed for air-conditioning/ventilation under which the temperature setting of all air-conditioning equipment should be in the range of 24 to 30 degree Celsius and relative humidity in the range of 40 to 70 percent. Adequate arrangement for fresh air and cross ventilator should be ensured. Sanitization and regular cleaning of the entire campus and common area should be done at the end of each show. Digital payments should be encouraged for ticket booking, food and beverage payments. The name, address, mobile number of the visitors should be compulsorily taken during ticket booking, so that contact tracing can be facilitated in future. More than one counter should be arranged for ticket booking, sale of food and beverages. The floor of the premises should be cleaned regularly during the day. Spitting after eating paan, gutkha and otherwise spitting will be prohibited in the premises. Only packaged food items will be allowed to be sold in the premises. Delivery of food and beverages will be prohibited inside cinema halls, theatres, multiplexes. The food and beverage waste will be properly managed/disposal by the visitors/employees considering small masks, face covers, gloves as medical waste. Special care should be taken from pregnant women, elderly and treating employees.
Strict action will be taken against persons/establishments violating this order as per section 188 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, section 51-60 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and other relevant law.
