Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has said that the farmers who use the most vermi compost will be honored on the occasion of Rajyotsava. He said that the prosperity of the farmers is the biggest achievement for the state government. On the occasion of ‘Sadbhavna Diwas’, the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi, the Chief Minister transferred Rs 1750.24 crore to the accounts of the beneficiaries of the second installment of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana and Godhan Nyay Yojana at his residence office here today. 
In this program, as the second installment of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Rs 1745 crore was deposited in the accounts of farmers and Rs 5 crore 24 lakh in the accounts of cow dung vendors, women self-help groups and Gauthan committees. transferred. 
While addressing the program, the Chief Minister said that due to loan waiver and input subsidy along with support price to the farmers, our farmers have become self-reliant by overcoming the burden of debt and are moving towards improving the financial condition of their families. Happiness is now visible on the faces of more than 26 lakh farmers of the state. Referring to the congratulatory message sent by Mr. Rahul Gandhi for this program, Mr. Baghel said that the MP Mr. Rahul Gandhi wanted that money should reach people’s pockets and their economic condition should improve. The state government has done this work through its schemes. He said that under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Rs. 9 thousand per acre to paddy producing farmers as input subsidy,

    The Chief Minister said that while taking forward the initiative taken by Rajiv ji to make villages empowered, our leader Shri Rahul Gandhi ji had put forward the idea of ​​minimum income scheme. We also know this scheme as Nyaya scheme.
    In today’s program, Chief Minister Shri Baghel transferred the second installment of input subsidy of Rs 1745 crore to the bank accounts of 26 lakh 21 thousand 352 registered farmers for Kharif season 2021 under Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana through online medium. Similarly, a total of Rs. Earlier on May 21, 2022, Rs 1745 was paid to the farmers of the state as the first installment of this scheme. 14 thousand 665 crore rupees have been paid to the farmers since the launch of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, including the amount paid for the second installment today. Under this scheme, Rs 5627 crore was paid as input subsidy in 4 installments to 18.43 lakh farmers in Kharif 2019. Similarly 20 of Kharif year 2020. Input subsidy of Rs 5553 crore was given to 59 lakh farmers. This amount of input subsidy is being given to farmers to reduce crop cost price, increase productivity, promote crop diversification.
The Chief Minister paid Rs 2.64 crore to cow dung vendors and Rs 2.60 crore to Gauthan committees and self-help groups under Godhan Nyay Yojana. 
158.24 crore has been paid to villagers selling cow dung since the launch of Godhan Nyay Yojana. Similarly, Rs 154.02 crore has been paid to Gauthan committees and self-help groups so far. The Chief Minister said that there are few fertilizer factories in the country, Chhattisgarh has progressed a lot in this matter, with the production of vermi compost in village-villages, the fertilizer factory has started. The use of vermi compost is increasing the quality and fertility of the land. Our agricultural products are getting rid of toxic elements. The state is moving towards organic farming. In the coming time, electricity will also be made in Gauthans. Paint is also being made from cow dung. 
     Agriculture Minister Shri Ravindra Choubey while addressing the program said that the economy of Chhattisgarh has improved due to Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana and Godhan Nyay Yojana. Banks have increased confidence in farmers. He said that due to this scheme, the number of farmers has increased by 8 lakh in the last three years. The sale of farms in the villages has stopped. Farmers are now buying the fields. The launch of these schemes is a revolutionary step.
