President award winning retired teacher sat on hunger strike demanding removal of Vice Chancellor of Music University, alleged fake appointment

Khairagarh. The matter of giving C rank to Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya Khairagarh by the NAAC team is not yet settled and another case has come to light. President Award-winning retired teacher BR Yadav of Chhuikhadan has accused the Vice Chancellor of the University Mamta Chandrakar of doing fake job. BR Yadav is now on hunger strike demanding the removal of the Vice Chancellor. He says that this will continue until the demand is met.BR Yadav said that according to the advertisements issued by the Raj Bhavan, the person to be appointed to the post of Vice Chancellor should be an academician and should have 10 years of experience as a professor, but Mamta does not have even a day’s experience. The appointment of Vice Chancellor Mamta Chandrakar is unconstitutional. Her tenure has ended on 2 December 2023. Even after that, it has not been extended. Earlier, Indira Kala Sangeet University had A class recognition but now it has become C class. In this situation, how will students come from outside, because its rating has fallen. All this has happened because of the Vice Chancellor.BR Yadav had sought information by submitting an application to the Public Information Officer Indira Kala Sangeet University under the Right to Information Act 2005 on 4 January 2024, but the Public Information Officer did not provide the information, disregarding the Right to Information Act. He said, we have submitted our objection to the removal of the Vice Chancellor four times. Even after this, no action has been taken yet, due to which we are on hunger strike. This will continue until the demand is met.
