Let us tell you that only a few months ago, when this hospital was operating in the name of Sai Samarth, then thishospital was operating in the name of Sai Samarth, then this hospital was fined Rs 4 lakh 25 thousand for misusing and misleading the Ayushman card.
CMHO had issued an order to close the hospital, but it is still running
You will be surprised to know that the CMHO office Raipur had inspected the hospital on 8 August 2024, in which many deficiencies were found. After this, the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Raipur had issued an order to stop the operation of the hospital on 20 August 2024. Ignoring the order of the CMHO, the operation of Sai Hospital is continuing.
Many irregularities were found in the investigation of Sai Hospital and Rao Hospital
Recently, the complainant had submitted a letter on 3 points to Arang Block Medical Officer Dr. Vijay Laxmi Anant regarding the irregularities of Sai Hospital and Rao Hospital. After this, on Tuesday, under the leadership of Arang Tehsildar Sita Shukla, a team of medical staff and police along with BMO Dr. Anant conducted an inspection. During the inspection, the investigation team found the complaint to be correct. It has been said that major action will be taken against Sai Hospital soon. Arang Tehsildar Sita Shukla said that the paramedical staff of the hospital is not competent as per the Nursing Home Act. The concerned police station is not informed by the hospital on many cases like poisoning. Patients are asked for surgery by making a wrong diagnosis. At the same time, the surgery of removing the uterus is not being done as per the guidelines. The investigation team has taken all these issues seriously. For this, the Sai Hospital management has been severely reprimanded.
The operation of the hospital will be closed soon: Tehsildar
Arang Tehsildar Sita Shukla, who is leading the investigation team, while talking about taking strict action against Sai Hospital, said that the District Medical and Health Officer has issued an order to stop the operation of Sai Hospital. Even after this, the hospital is still operating. The hospital management has been reprimanded for this. Currently, some patients are being treated in the hospital, due to which it is not possible to close the hospital immediately. Now new patients will not be admitted here. As soon as the patients are discharged from here, the operation of the hospital will be stopped.
