In this case, on the complaint of Sub Inspector Mayank Mishra on behalf of the government, a crime has been registered at Kandarka Chowki for negligence in maintenance of material and lack of safety standards. In this case, crime has been registered under Section 286, 304-A, 337 IPC as well as 9B, 9C of Explosives Act 1884.
Let us tell you that one employee has died in the accident that took place on May 25 at the gunpowder factory of Special Blast Limited located in Pirda / Borsi village of Berla block of Bemetara, while eight employees are missing.
