A Congress councilor left a pile of debris at the door of Raipur Municipal Corporation on Wednesday afternoon. One side of the road got blocked due to the debris brought in the truck. Even the officers could not understand the reason for the sudden debris being dropped in front of the door. Actually, the garden work of Lt. Arvind Dixit Ward of Raipur has been stalled for 6 months. This garden is located in Shailendra Nagar, where Raipur Smart City was getting beautification done. Meanwhile, the contractor got blacklisted and the entire work stopped. But the construction material remained lying on the road. Told the authorities several times, but no action.

Citizens passing through this pile of debris were continuously becoming victims of accidents. Seeing this, Councilor and Zone 10 President Akash Deep Sharma contacted the corporation officials several times. He says that no attention was paid to the complaint. Told the health staff of the corporation about the garbage and filth, but they kept avoiding it.
