Narayanpur: Give special place to children’s creativity in school magazines – Collector

Narayanpur June , 2021. Collector  Dharmesh Kumar Sahu today released the June 2021 issue of the monthly paper of Swami Atmanand Government English School Singoditarai in the meeting room of the Collectorate here . On this occasion, the Collector extended warm greetings and best wishes to all the teachers of the school including the Principal and this is a good effort of the school. He said that the school magazine is an account of the work of the school and its mirror. Children’s creativity should get a special place in this. He said that keeping in view the demand of the present and the need of the time, all the teachers should give good education to the children so that they can face the challenges in life.

The Collector said that teaching-learning is a continuous process and system. Teachers should play their role in the personality formation of the children. Try to tell the children how they can use the time properly. He asked the teachers to inculcate positive thinking in the students as well as ways of social behavior in them so that they can play a better social role in future. He said that school magazines provide suitable platforms and opportunities to develop and expose the creative thinking and potential of the children. There is a need to give maximum space to the creativity of the children. The Collector laid special emphasis on conducting other co-curricular activities besides teaching-learning. He also said that teachers are getting enough opportunities to know and understand children from the very beginning. In this way, teachers take into account the abilities of the children and their special qualities.

On this occasion, Principal of Swami Atmanand Government English School Singoditarai, Mr. Sarafat Ali threw light on the school activities and said that this magazine would be published in future also. In this, the creativity of not only teachers but also school children will be encouraged so that their potential can emerge. During this, District Education Officer GR Mandavi DMC  GVS Reddy, besides teachers of Swami Atmanand Government English School were present.
