Narayanpur: Date of making Ayushman card extended by one month, now cards will be made by April 30

Narayanpur 28 March 2021.  Ayushman cards are being made free at the Choice Center or Common Service Center under the India-Prime Minister Jan Arogya Yojana. The date for making Ayushman card has been extended by one month. Now Ayushman cards will be made by 30 April 2021. The date of making Ayushman card of the first beneficiaries was fixed by the National Health Authority on 31 March, which has been increased. To make the card, the beneficiaries will have to go to the Choice Center with ration card with their Aadhaar card. Functional Antyodaya Card, based on the eligibility of the family Priority ration card holder families and socio-economic computation from 2011, selected families will get annual facility for treatment up to five lakh rupees from these cards. Similarly, the remaining ration card holders will get the facility of free treatment up to 50 thousand rupees annually by registered Ayushman card in government and private hospitals. The Chief Medical and Health Officer has appealed to the residents of the district to go to the nearest Choice Center and get the Ayushman card made before April 30 to avail free treatment if needed. At the Choice Center, Corona has been asked to follow rescue instructions. Instructions have been given to enter the center by putting on a mask.
