Narayanpur: Collector gave 3 e-rickshaws to Municipality: Municipality president handed over chobi to women of the group

Narayanpur 16 September 2020. Collector Mr. Abhijeet Singh has provided 3 new e-rickshaws to the Nagar Palika Parishad from the District Mineral Fund to improve the sanitation system of the city. Today Municipality President Smt. Sunita Manjhi handed over the chobi of these 3 new e-rickshaws to the women of SLRM Center and wished them their best. Vice President Shri Pramod Nellwal, Councilor Shri Amit Bhadra and other municipal officers and employees were present on the occasion.
Please tell that Collector Shri Abhijeet Singh had inspected the SLRM Center (Bakhrupara and Kumharpara) of the Municipality area in the past. Where he had obtained detailed information about the activities and operations of the Center from the Chief Municipal Officer Mr. Mobin Ali and the women of the Self Help Group working in the Center. The collector had also asked the women of the group about the difficulties faced during the work. The women said that there is a shortage of vehicles to pick up the garbage, on which Collector Shri Singh had said to provide 3 e-rickshaws.
