Full dress rehearsal for Republic Day preparations

Narayanpur 24 January 2021. The last rehearsal of the Republic Day celebrations to be held in the district was finalized by Collector Shri Dharmesh Kumar Sahu and Superintendent of Police Shri Mohit Garg at 9 am today. Collector Shri Sahu and Superintendent of Police Shri Garg reviewed the arrangements made before the Republic Day. He gave necessary guidelines regarding the arrangements to the officers and asked them to make all preparations in advance. The Republic Day main function will be held at the Government Boys Higher Secondary School Sports Ground at the district headquarters. During this time the final exercise of the main event was done, which included the arrival of the chief guest, flag hoisting by him, joyous balloon dropping, message reading, honoring the families of the martyrs, including the introduction of parade commanders, Corona Warriors doctors, police, health, Rehearsals of activities like sanitation workers and honoring meritorious students etc. were done. On this occasion, SDM Mr. Dinesh Kumar Nag, Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Neeraj Chandrakar, Deputy Collector Mr. Vaibhav Kshetrapathi, District Education Officer Mr. G.R. Mandavi, Executive Engineer Public Works Department Mr. Shakya, City Fighter Mr. Manohar Chauhan, Protected Inspector Mr. Deepak Saw, Chief Municipal Officer Mr. Mobin Ali and District level officers of various departments were present.
