Only five percent away from 100 percent coverage of the first dose, 58 percent citizens have been vaccinated with both the doses of the vaccines.
Raipur, 21 December 2021. Including the first and second dose of COVID vaccine, so far (till December 20) three crore one thousand 122 vaccines have been administered in Chhattisgarh. One crore 86 lakh 40 thousand 909 people have been vaccinated against corona in the state. The state is now only five per cent away from 100 per cent coverage of the first dose. The number of people eligible for corona vaccination in the state is one crore 96 lakh 51 thousand.
Both the vaccines have been given to 58 percent citizens of the state to protect them from corona. Here one crore 13 lakh 60 thousand 213 people have got both its vaccines. Rapid vaccination is being done across the state to achieve 100% target of corona vaccination soon. After the commencement of paddy procurement on support price in the state from December 1, COVID-19 vaccine is also being administered in the procurement centers of the state.
