Now people will be able to get ration card and Aadhar card from home in 4 new municipalities of Chhattisgarh from Monday. Mor Sangwari app will be launched in all these new municipalities from Monday. Deputy Chief Minister, Urban Administration and Development Minister Arun Sao will launch it.
Deputy CM Arun Saw will launch this scheme from Manas Manch in Lormi of Mungeli district on Monday.
It will start in these 4 new municipalities
On Monday, the ‘Mor Sangwari’ scheme will be expanded to 4 new municipalities of the state, Mandir Hasaud, Banki Mongra, Lormi and Pandaria. In the program to increase facilities for urban citizens, the Mor Sangwari Appointment Mobile App will also be launched.
Chatbot facility will be available in the app
Through the Mor Sangwari scheme, the facility of chatbot will be made available to the people through WhatsApp. Along with this, all the information related to taking an appointment immediately and the documents required for the facilities being provided will also be provided.
These facilities will be available
Toll-free number 14545 has been issued for 27 types of government services of departments such as ration card, income certificate, residence certificate, caste certificate, Aadhaar card, PAN card facilities through Mor Sangwari app. These facilities will be available from 8 am to 8 pm daily.
This doorstep service for making government documents is presently being run in all the 14 municipal corporations, 44 municipalities and 2 municipal councils, Ambagarh Chowki and Gaurela, of the state.
