Meeting of the working group formed on good governance to prepare ‘Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047’ document, discussions were held on bringing good governance in public welfare works

Raipur. The series of meetings and discussions is going on continuously in the State Policy Commission regarding Chhattisgarh Vision Document 2047. In the meeting held on good governance and transparency in the office of the Commission located in Nava Raipur, the members of the working group formed on good governance gave important suggestions. In this first meeting of the working group formed on good governance, there was an in-depth discussion on employment, public participation, transparency and technology. Member of State Policy Commission Dr. K. Subramaniam, Advisor to the Chief Minister Dr. Dhirendra Tiwari and Secretary to the Chief Minister Rahul Bhagat were present in this meeting.

NITI Aayog member Dr. K. Subramaniam asked the working groups formed by the State NITI Aayog to prepare the Amritkal Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047 document to submit the necessary information within the time limit. Secretary of the Good Governance and Abhisharan Department and Secretary to the Chief Minister Rahul Bhagat said that on the initiative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, the members of the Council of Ministers of the Chhattisgarh Government held intellectual discussions with renowned experts of the country regarding developed Chhattisgarh and good governance. In this intellectual discussion held at IIM Raipur, the members of the Council of Ministers including the Chief Minister and experts shared their views. Important suggestions for good governance were given in this discussion.

Chief Minister’s advisor presented important facts in the meeting

In the meeting held at Niti Aayog, a presentation was given on the main goals set for good governance, major challenges and departmental vision. In the meeting, Chief Minister’s Advisor Dr. Dhirendra Tiwari also presented important facts for good governance in relation to the vision document. Secretary of Law Department Rajneesh Srivastava gave detailed information about important facts related to law and order, legislation for good governance in relation to the preparation of Chhattisgarh Vision Document.

Officials presented departmental information of the vision document

Secretary of General Administration Department Ambalgan P. gave detailed information about the departmental activities. Secretary of Planning and Economic and Statistical Department Ankit Anand also presented the important points of the department for Chhattisgarh Vision Document. Similarly, officials of other departments including Urban Administration, Panchayat and Rural Development Department presented departmental information regarding the Vision Document.

Member Secretary of NITI Aayog Anoop Shrivastava, Joint Director Dr. Neetu Gaudiya, officials of Urban Administration, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Legislative Affairs Department, CHIPS, representatives of advisory bodies of State NITI Aayog and other members of NITI Aayog were present in the working group meeting. District collectors and representatives of NGOs participated virtually in the meeting. Important discussions were held among the members regarding good governance.
