Raipur. Medical mafia is active in the biggest government hospital of Chhattisgarh. Medical mafia because the gang of medical mafia running here is causing harm to the government and transferring the money directly from the patients to their personal bank accounts and this amount is not Rs 100-500 or 1 thousand but 80-80 thousand rupees. This entire game is going to be revealed today in this news of Lalluram Dot. It is important to mention here that after hearing this game, Dr. SBS Netam, Superintendent of Ambedkar Hospital was also stunned and he boldly said that you (Lalluram) please inform me about this and I will take action in the whole matter.
What happened was that on March 7, 2024, a 33-year-old youth reached Ambedkar Hospital after a heart attack. The name of the patient is Puran Mal Jat. He is originally from Udaipur, Rajasthan. After the attack, the family took him to the hospital for treatment. From here he was admitted to the Advanced Cardiac Institute of the hospital. Where in view of the serious condition of the patient, angioplasty was planned along with angiography. But here the hospital staff in collusion took the money for stunts and other items into the account of a person named Bhupesh Lahere instead of going into the account of Ambedkar Hospital. This amount was divided into 50 thousand and 30 thousand (2 transactions), totaling to 80 thousand rupees.
During Lalluram’s investigation, it was revealed that on the instructions of the hospital staff, the family members transferred this amount to the account of Bhupesh Laher and he is a staff of the stunt supply company. Who does regular supply work in Ambedkar Hospital. According to the hospital, this is the staff of an authorized company.
Lalluram.com has the complete transaction details of the money deposited in Bhupesh Laher’s account, which has been provided to us by the patient’s family members.
No money deposited in hospital account
Lalluram reached Ambedkar Hospital to investigate the entire matter. We first talked to the MSW staff of the hospital, on whose advice the family transferred this amount to the account of a person named Bhupesh Lahere. He said that the patient’s family had not paid the full amount, hence the bill was not given to him. But Lalluram told them that the patient has been discharged from the hospital, there is proof of this. So he remained silent, then said that when the remaining money would come, he would be billed.
After this, Lalluram’s team took information from the hospital management that the amount taken in the name of the said patient (80 thousand rupees) has been deposited in the hospital’s account. Then it came to light that no amount has been deposited till 15th March i.e. Friday. After this the team again talked to the MSW staff that the amount had not been deposited in the hospital. After which he said that Bhupesh Lahare has withdrawn cash from his bank account and is going to deposit it in the hospital.
After this we talked to the patient’s family. He told that he has taken 80 thousand rupees without receipt and is demanding about 31 thousand rupees. But how will we pay until we get the full bill? The patient’s family also told that the said MSW staff had also said that if he did not ask for the receipt, he would not have to pay the remaining money.
This is the reason that on paper the patient was discharged from the hospital on March 9, and not that he ran away from the hospital or became a lama.
There is no board installed anywhere in the hospital, do not give money to the staff… do not take money transfer to the account at the counter
There are many small things in this whole matter, taking advantage of which the medical mafia is active in the hospital. The amount of Rs 80 thousand taken is being described as security deposit by the people of the medical mafia. But after being admitted to Ambedkar Hospital, the money for whatever medicines or items the patient needs for the operation has to be deposited in the account of Ambedkar Hospital only. There is no provision in the hospital that anyone can take any money into their bank account under any circumstances.
After reaching counter number 7 of the hospital, it was also revealed that only cash withdrawal information is given there. In such a situation, if a patient has to be admitted to the hospital after an attack at 9 pm and his angioplasty has to be done at night itself, then for this the patient has to arrange 80 thousand to 1 lakh rupees in cash in the night itself. Because the medical mafia present in the hospital does not tell the patient that the amount can be deposited in the bank account of the hospital nor is there any board for this.
You give information, I will take action: Dr. SBS Netam
Lalluram.com talked to Dr. SBS Netam, Superintendent of Ambedkar Hospital regarding this entire matter. He clearly said that there is no rule to transfer any kind of money from the patient to any staff or vendor supplying medical supplies. He said that the complete treatment of the patient has to be done in the hospital and the patients who do not have Ayushman card have to pay the amount as per the rules of the government, which is deposited directly in the hospital and the hospital management then pays the amount to the concerned vendor at the rate fixed by the government. Give accordingly. Dr. Netam said that you provide me complete information, I will take action on it.
