Raipur. On the initiative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai and Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, the Health Department has taken an important decision in the field of medical education. Now the general public will be able to see the list of doctors and medical teachers of government medical education colleges receiving non-practicing allowance (NPA) online. This information is available on the official website of the Medical Education Department

Let us tell you that such doctors and medical teachers who do not do private practice are also given non-practising allowance (NPA) by the government in addition to their salary. Even after taking NPA, doing private practice is prohibited and it is against the rules.

It is noteworthy that the Health Department has taken this decision keeping in mind the public interest, so that patients and general public can get information about which doctor can be consulted.
