Raipur. Congress attacked the BJP government in a press conference in Raipur after the nomination of the Congress mayor candidate of Dhamtari was cancelled. State Congress President Deepak Baij accused the BJP of misusing power and said, BJP is adopting many tactics to stop Congress candidates from contesting elections. After objections were received, last night the Chief Minister instructed the Dhamtari collector to cancel the form of the Congress candidate. Such officers should be careful. State Congress President Baij said, Vijay Golcha is not a registered contractor of the Municipal Corporation. He is a single window contractor of PWD. He had done some work a year ago, which was completed. He has also taken NOC from the corporation in this election process. Despite this, his nomination was cancelled.
