But due to some reasons his program could not take place.
Government busy in preparations for PM’s program
Now preparations are being made for the Prime Minister’s meeting. After getting time from the Prime Minister’s Office, the date of the program of Mahtari Vandan Yojana will also be decided. The Prime Minister himself will be present among the people and release this amount to the women. This will have a big impact on the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Sai government betrayed Mahataris- Congress
Congress spokesperson Dhananjay Thakur said that the government has cheated more than 70 lakh mothers and sisters of the state under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana. When the 7th came closer, the government cheated the women by extending the date. He said that in reality the government is struggling to fulfill this guarantee of Modi. That’s why he is just giving dates to women. They are holding back from depositing their installments. This is injustice to the women of the state.
Most forms rejected in these districts
According to the nodals of Mahtari Vandan Yojana, maximum forms have been rejected in Kondagaon, Durg, Bilaspur, Balrampur and Raigarh. Similarly, the least number of application forms have been rejected in Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki, Surguja, Sukma, Korea and Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai.
More than 70 lakh applications received
To avail the benefits of Mahtari Vandan Yojana, 70 lakh 26 thousand 352 women from across the state have filled the application form. The last date for filling the form under the scheme was February 20. After the women filled the forms, departmental officials examined the applications and released the interim list of applicants on Saturday.
According to departmental officials, forms of 70 lakh 14 thousand 581 applicants have been selected. Forms of 11 thousand 771 applicants have been rejected.
