Mahasamund: Silence will break in schools after a long period, schools will open from tomorrow

Mahasamund 01 August 2021.  In government and private schools in Mahasamund including the whole of Chhattisgarh, the activities of children will start in schools from the second Monday of Sawan tomorrow, August 2. Children will come to school and they will have offline classes as before. Children who have cold and cough will not get admission in schools. Attendance is not mandatory, so children will come to school with the consent of the parents. Children have been called to school according to rotation. Children will be made to sit inside the classrooms only in 50 percent capacity. Class 10th and 12th classes will be held in all 185 government high and higher secondary and about 35 private schools in the district. Online education will continue as it is. On the first day, about 12000 children of class 10th and 12th will be seated in the schools.

 

Collector Mr. Doman Singh has given his best wishes for the opening of children’s schools and for the new academic session. Shri Singh told the teachers to create a good environment for good education and secure future for the educated children. After a long time, the silence in the schools will break. He said that the guidelines issued by the government should be followed 100%. During this, the Kovid guide line should be fully followed and the health security of the children should be taken care of.

 

Assistant Director Shri Himanshu Bharti said that most of the teachers have got the Kovid vaccine. The entire school has been sanitized before the school entry of the children. Special attention has been paid to cleanliness. After checking the temperature of the children on the opening of the school, studies will be done with social distance in the class. He said that it is a good initiative. The students of class X-XII are very happy with the opening of the school after a long time. He said that there is good arrangement here and full security is being done. We will also study safely. There are about 15,000 students in government and private schools in the district and 11,000 in higher secondary schools. Of these, tomorrow only half, that is, 50 eminent children, will be seated.

 

He said that in respect of starting classes from class 1 to 5 and class 8 in all private and government schools under the School Education Department, for rural areas, as per the recommendation of the concerned gram panchayat and the school’s parent committee. For the same urban areas, on receipt of the recommendation of the concerned ward councilor and the parent committee of the school, these classes have been open from tomorrow, Monday, August 2. Where there is no recommendation of the concerned ward councilor, parent committee, the schools will not open there. Students will be called to classes at an interval of 1 day. That is, only half the number of students will be called daily.
