A boon for working women

Working women always face the challenge of who will take care of their children when they go to office. She is often under stress, but wants to handle both work and child care with full responsibility. Collector Shri Prabhat Malik showed special interest in solving this problem and established the district’s first fully equipped crèche at the district headquarters. Which is being operated by the Women and Child Development Department. It is named Mor Dai ke Kora in Chhattisgarhi. As per the name, now the children are very happy and joyful after getting home like atmosphere and love here. Seeing the happiness of the children, the parents are also happy and satisfied. At present, the arrival of children in the foster home is continuing, the number of children is gradually increasing. The 2 year old son of Mrs. Misha Kosle, Deputy Collector posted in the District Office, stays in the foster home all day long. Similarly, Food Inspector Anjana’s son and children of other officers also live here. Deputy Collector Mrs. Misha Kosle said that such facilities are not available even in big cities. Children are happy here, this is the biggest achievement of the parents. There are all the facilities here and surveillance is also being done through CCTV cameras. Similarly, Food Inspector Anjana said that the best thing is the convenience and safety here, we are doing our work completely worry-free. The crèche is being operated during office hours from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
It is noteworthy that on the initiative of Collector Shri Malik, the first fully equipped crèche of the district has been prepared. Painting and painting with different colors makes the crib house look attractive. All rooms and halls here are air conditioned. A total of three ACs are installed. Besides, the campus including the rooms is being monitored through 6 CCTV cameras. Two rooms have been created here, one of which is a caressing room where breastfeeding can be done safely. The same dream world where there is a room with five beds where children can rest. Preeti Sahu, guide of the crèche, told that the children live with great happiness and joy. The crib house is equipped with toys, swings, educational materials and other learning materials necessary for children to play. The alphabet and numbers are written all around the hall in beautiful letters in Hindi and English. From which children can learn. A well-equipped kitchen including a fridge has been built as per the needs of the children, and the washroom also has all the facilities. Apart from this, utensils and other important things have been kept.
