More than 50 thousand people got health facilities
979 camps organized through 4 MMU operated

The Chief Minister’s Urban Slum Health Scheme is playing an important role in providing quality free health facilities to the people living in the urban areas of the district. Under the scheme, all the facilities of the hospital are reaching people’s homes themselves through mobile medical unit vehicles. . A total of 4 mobile medical units equipped with medical teams , medical equipment , medicines are being operated in all the urban bodies of the district . Till now total OPD of 979 camps is 52 and 50 thousand 909 patients were treated , while 36 thousand 176 patients were given free medicines and 15 thousand 316 patients.Got free lab test facility.
In the first phase of the scheme, two MMUs are being operated in Chirmiri, Municipal Corporation, in which 43 thousand 107 people have availed health check -up , 30 thousand 387 free medicines and 12 thousand 308 lab tests through 854 camps so far. At the same time, in the second phase of the scheme, 3 thousand 835 patients were benefited in 62 camps in just 3 months through a vehicle operated from April 02 , 2022 in Municipal Council Baikunthpur and Shivpur-Charcha .Medicines and 1 thousand 769 lab tests were done on 786 . For the slum areas of Nagar Palika Parishad Manendragarh , Nagar Panchayat Khongapani , Jhagrakhand , New Leatherry, 3 thousand 967 patients were examined in 63 camps during this period by MMU vehicle operated from 03 March 2022 , 3 thousand medicine distribution , 1 thousand 239 lab tests facility was available.
