Kondagaon: Minister in charge took review meeting of departments

Kondagaon, 27 June 2021.  The participation of officials and public representatives is essential in the implementation of the schemes at the ground level. Similarly, wide publicity of the program of any schemes is also necessary. So that as per the wishes of the Honorable Chief Minister, the people of the last line of the society also get benefited from it. Therefore, it is mandatory to inform the local public representatives on the occasion of the launch or launch of such schemes.

 

Today on June 27, in his first departmental review meeting held in the Collectorate’s meeting room, Cabinet Minister (Government of Chhattisgarh), Commerce Tax, Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Kawasi Lakhma expressed the views of the said intention. He further said that even in adverse circumstances like the Corona period, commendable work has been done by the district administration in relation to government schemes. For this, all the departments are worthy of thanks, but in the coming time, the progress and the non-starting construction works in the interior area of ​​the district should be completed on the basis of quality. Prior to this, in a review meeting by Collector Pushpendra Kumar Meena, through PPT, vaccination plans of all the departments of the district and the current status of corona, preparation for the third wave of corona, rain conditions, prevention of floods and excessive rain, prevention of seasonal diseases. Preparation of manure seed, storage status of remaining paddy in committees, Chief Minister’s plantation incentive scheme, status of taking other crops instead of paddy, achievements of Narva, Gothan of the district, Godhan Nyay Yojana, Vermi compost sale, Chief Minister Detail details were given in relation to nutrition campaign, purchase and payment of forest produce and Jal Jeevan Mission, Udan Aajeevika Kendra, Mocho Jachki Mocho Hospital and tourism. He said that a new strategy has been prepared by coordinating the beneficiary oriented schemes of the departments in the district and work has been started in the direction of identifying the field needs and making policies and plans according to them and the goal of each activity is to bring the welfare nature of the schemes to the fore. Along with fixing it, strict arrangements are being made to take it to the eligible beneficiaries. Overall, while these works have increased the pace of development in the area unexpectedly, the acceptance of these public utility works in the rural people has increased the feeling of trust in the government.

 

Give new impetus to the development of the district with team spirit – MLA Mohan Markam

 

On this occasion, MLA of the area Mohan Markam said that the development of the district is the paramount goal of public representatives and officials and this development is possible only with mutual coordination and cooperation. Therefore, all the departments should work with team spirit and take a pledge that the district of Kondagaon, which is already famous by the name of Shilp Nagari, should have a distinct identity in the field of horticulture, agriculture and employment. He further said that the way farmers of the district are being motivated to take aromatic crops through the ‘Aromatic Kondanar’ project, it is especially commendable. Apart from this, MP Mr. Deepak Baij said that since such a review meeting has been organized after a long gap and serious efforts should be made to implement the instructions given in this meeting and update progress in future meetings. Will be taken MLA Keshkal Shri Santram Netam said that no doubt good work is being done by the departments. Nevertheless, if there is a need for improvement, then public representatives and officials can solve it by mutual coordination.
