Republic Day will be celebrated in a dignified way: programs will be organized keeping in mind the Kovid-19
Kawardha 18 January 2021. The main flag hoisting ceremony of Republic Day 26 January 2021 will be organized at PG College Acharya Panth Grindhamuni Naam Saheb Government Postgraduate College, Kawardha. The flag will be hoisted by the chief guest this year with special attention to the prevention and control of the infection of the Kovid 19 Corona virus, and in addition to the parade salute and the Corona Warriors will be honored. After this, the Chief Minister’s message will be read out to the public. No tableaux will be removed on any kind of cultural program and development work in the parade ground. Collector Ramesh Kumar Sharma gave necessary instructions to the officers in accordance with the guidelines issued by the state government regarding the organizing of Republic Day at the meeting of the deadline here today.
Collector Sharma informed that on the night of Republic Day 26 January, all the government, public buildings and monuments of national importance will be lit in the district. Also, the national flag will be hoisted at all government and public buildings. Republic Day 26 January 2021 will be held in a dignified manner throughout the district. According to the decision of the state government, no cultural programs will be organized this year, as well as no tableaux will be removed. Especially Corona Warriors doctors, policemen, Health workers and sanitation workers will be honored. During the event, all instructions for rescue from Kovid-19 will be followed and prepared. School students will not be called in the Republic Day celebrations. Flag hoisting will be done by the chief guest at the Republic Day celebrations organized at the district level. After the flag hoisting, a guard of honor will be saluted by contingents of police and paramilitary forces. After this, the Chief Minister’s message will be read out to the public. The program will honor Corona Warriors physicians, policemen, health workers and sanitation workers following the guidelines issued for the rescue of Kovid-19.
