Powered district Juvenile Justice Act (Care and Protection of Children) 2015 Regulations 2016 Section 41 under registered child care Lives care institutions and juvenile children with protection requirement Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 Regulations 2016 Section 44 And as per the provision of Model Guide Line for Foster Care 2016 , applications are invited from interested Indian couples in Faster Care for temporary protection.
Faster care will be the responsibility of the family to provide the child with proper food , clothing , shelter , education , higher education., Care and protection needed healing all kinds , treatment and vocational training , child exploitation to meet children’s developmental needs , abuse , loss , in respect of neglect security and child and privacy of her biological family. With this, it will be mandatory to follow all the obligations and conditions mentioned in the Foster Care Guide 2016 and the directions of the Child Welfare Committee and the District Child Protection Committee.
Such an Indian couple wants to temporarily protect the children who need to be looked after and protected ,They can apply in the prescribed form by contacting the District Office of the District Child Protection Unit, Women and Child Development Department, District Office of District Kabirdham. After the application, in the light of the said Act and guide line, based on the recommendations of the Home Study Report and the Sponsorship and Foster Care Approval Committee, children can be given to the concerned couple for fast care by the child welfare committee of the district.
