Veteran BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya reached Raipur on Sunday. While talking to the media at the airport, he targeted Bengal. He raised questions on the Mamata Banerjee government in the recent case of rape of women there.

Kailash said- It is unfortunate that where there is a woman Chief Minister, women are being mistreated. People from his own party are doing it and the government is providing them protection. I understand that there is no such anarchy in any state in the country as there is in West Bengal. If anyone has harmed this country the most, it is two things: one is nepotism and the other is appeasement. There is nepotism and appeasement in Bengal due to which the condition of Bengal is bad.

CM has written a letter
that in fact there was an incident of rape with women of tribal group in Bengal. State Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has also written a letter to Mamata Banerjee in this matter. State Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has described the incident of sexual harassment and land grabbing of more than 50 women of tribal community in Sandeshkhali, West Bengal as shameful. He has written a letter to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee demanding strict action against the accused involved in this.
