Jashpurnagar 22 November 2020. Collector Mahadev Kavare today constituency number – 12 Jashpur , under the polling station number 267 Nimganv , and 271 are running in other polling stations, including Ratamati special brief review program in 2021 inspected. Deputy Collector Mr. R. N. Pandey , Tehsildar Laxman Rathia and other employees were present.
Collector Kavre inspected the ongoing voter list revision program work in Neemgaon and inquired about his work from the employees present at the center. Taking information about the applications received so far at the Center for getting names added , and for deletion of names from the voter list, the young voters who have completed 18 years at the polling booths have to fill the form – 6 and add the names to the voter list , and the death or transfer He went elsewhere and instructed to get voters’ name deleted by filling form 7 . Additionally FORM 8 amendments and Form 8- A , can be filled in and changed the name to change the polling station.
Giving information, the Collector said that the program is being run by the Election Commission of India, New Delhi and the Chief Electoral Officer, Raipur , with reference to the special brief revision of the electoral roll of photo, 01 January 2021 . He instructed the villagers to spread awareness through Munadi in all the villages to get the names added or deleted in the voter list. He instructed all the supervisors, unobstructed officers , BLOs and other officers and employees involved in the program to be present at the center and perform the work during the special campaign program.
During this, Collector Kavre also inspected Gram Panchayat Ratamati. Expressing displeasure at not being able to conduct the program at the polling station, he directed the BLLO Vijayashankar secretary Ratamati to take action and issued a show cause notice to supervisor Tarun Khalko and unqualified officer Sushma Tigga assistant teacher.
. On this occasion, the villagers of Ratamati complained to the Collector against Patwari Rukmani Sarathi for not being present at the headquarters. On which the Collector directed the officials to take immediate action on Patwari Ratamati.
