Janjgir-Champa 19 April 2021. A total of 1,300 beds have been arranged in Kovid Hospital ECTC and 12 Kovid Care Centers for the treatment of patients infected with Corona virus under the guidance of Collector Mr. Yashwant Kumar. There are 878 beds vacant in Kovid care centers and 57 beds in two private hospitals. As a result of proper treatment, 425 patients were discharged due to their health.
According to the press note issued from CMHO that as on April 19, there are 80 beds in the ECTC of the District Hospital Campus, out of which patients are admitted in 09 beds of ICU and 71 beds in Oxygen. No beds are empty here.
A total of 1220 beds have been arranged in 12 Kovid Care Centers operated in the district. Out of these 114 beds are oxygenated, the remaining general ward has 1106 beds. There are 275 patients admitted in the general ward and 831 are vacant. Similarly, 67 patients in need are being treated in oxygenated beds and 47 beds with oxygen are vacant.
Beds available in private hospital –
Mishra Hospital Janjgir and Christian Hospital Champa have 20 general oxygen wards and 37 oxygen-filled beds.
As per the information received, Akanksha Residential Campus Janjgir, Divyang Hostel Janjgir, Government MMR College Champa, Isholesan Center Jetha Sakthi, Government Scheduled Caste Boys Hostel Dhaurabhata Dabhra, Eklavya Vidyalaya Palarikhurd, Girls Hostel Birra Bamhanidih, Boys Hostel Gujkulia Jajaidhair Mala, Govt. , Covid Care Center has been made at ITI Kulipota, ITI Mahuda-Baloda and ITI Akaltara. Out of the total 1220 beds available in all Covid Care Centers, 114 beds are oxygenated.
