Jagdalpur: Divisional level yacht Pratigogita launched in Dalpat Sagar

Jagdalpur 24 January 2021 The division level naval competition was launched by Dalpat Sagar in Jagdalpur city today. Mr. MR Nishad, Chairman, State Fisheries Welfare Board was present as the chief guest in this competition. The program was presided over by Mayor Smt.Sheera Sahu. Chairman of Municipal Corporation Smt. Kavita Sahu, Collector Shri Rajat Bansal, Commissioner Municipal Corporation Shri Prem Patel and other guests were present on the occasion. State Fishermen Welfare Board Chairman Mr. MR Nishad called the organizing of the rowing competition in Dalpat Sagar extremely important. He said that through this event, the work of cleaning and beautification of Dalpat Sagar will also be encouraged. Shri Nishad said that under the Sarovar-Dharohar Yojana of the state government, Dalpat Sagar pond will also be developed like other ponds of the state. Through which this pond will develop into a tourist area. Mayor Smt. Saphira Sahu appreciated the yacht Pratigogita being held in Jagdalpur city and appreciated it. He said that the look of Jagdalpur city will also change on the lines of Garhbo Nava Jagdalpur. He appreciated the efforts of Collector Shri Rajat Bansal for beautification and cleanliness of Dalpat Sagar. Chairman of the Municipal Corporation, Mr. Kavita Sahu said that this yacht Pratigogita and Dalpat will be held in the city Collector Shri Rajat Bansal, while presenting the welcome address, congratulated and congratulated all the people present. He said that Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel would be present in the conclusion of this historic yacht Pratigogita and increase the dignity of the program.
